Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers, plants, or custom floral designs.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, or if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within **24 hours of delivery or pickup**. We may request photos of the arrangement to help us evaluate the issue.

If we determine that there was a problem with your order, we may, at our discretion:

* Replace the arrangement with a similar design of equal value.
* Issue a store credit.
* Provide a partial or full refund when appropriate.

Please note:

* Minor variations in flower varieties, colors, or containers may occur due to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
* We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery.
* Gift items, balloons, candy, and other non-perishable merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition, unless marked as final sale or custom ordered.
