Always Remembered Cemetery Floral Subscription Honor their memory with beautiful flowers throughout the year. Our Always Remembered subscription makes it easy to keep your loved one’s resting place thoughtfully adorned—even when you cannot be there personally. Choose your preferred subscription length, placement schedule, arrangement size, colors, and floral style. We will design each arrangement, deliver it to the cemetery, carefully place it at the memorial, and send you a confirmation photo after every visit. Each placement includes: • A professionally designed seasonal arrangement • Delivery to the selected cemetery • Thoughtful placement at the memorial • A confirmation photo following delivery • Removal of the previous arrangement when permitted Fresh or long-lasting flowers may be selected based on availability, cemetery regulations, and the customer’s preference. Cemetery access and placement guidelines may apply.

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
