How far in advance should I book?

-Balloon Services should be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, our prices are for delivering on site, and setting up there. We also can come breakdown for an additional fee.

Are your balloon designs customizable to match my event theme?

Yes! We will always customize the balloon to match your theme perfectly.

What happens if it rains (for outdoor events)?

We are happy to set up in your backup space the day of, if there is inclement weather. If we are in charge of your event (I.e You booked us as your party planners, a backup space will have already been planned and will be executed day of if need be.)

Can I add a special message or logo to my balloon designs?

Yes! For logo balloons, we will need at least 4 weeks prior to custom order the balloons you need.
